Great product
Ordered a new strap, defective item was received. Contacted customer service through their site, immediate response, uploaded a picture of the defective piece and a new one was shipped without cost right away.
Was nice to freshen up my wallet. I have been carrying my Ridge wallet for a few years and the elastic was getting ratty. So I took it apart, cleaned it and put the new elastic in it. Very easy to do and now it looks almost brand new.
These guys are top notch backing up their product warranty! they actually do mean "LIFE TIME" as they will replace broken or parts that aren't working properly!
